Hi all,have unit which ices up in the drain trough in the freezer section, evap coil clear of ice, it appears that defrost water freezes before it can leave cabinet. There is no sign of a trough/drain heater and is all plastic. Is there any form of retro kit i.e drain heater or sticky heater for the trough that will fit, as long as it is an official oem part for that model?

There is a defrost heater kit for these machines – it’s about twice the size of the original heater- available from connect – don’t have part number sorry.

From SN 80421.0000 onwards it is C00266129.
