Hi
My friend has a Samsung 7kg Front Loader J1043 and it seems to be locked and won’t do anything. She had just completed a 35min Quick Wash and then went to do a 9 min Spin when it just stopped working.
There are some lights lit up at the moment and it seems locked because she has turned the power off at the wall and when the machine is turned back on the same lights are lit up. They are: UE in the display with the E flashing the Spin 1000rpm @ and the baby (looks like a baby’s face) lights are all on.
Could you please assist as to what the problem may be. Thanks
