Just had one of my customers in the shop with a shredded and bloody vent-hose, off a month old White Knight VTD that we sold him.
Apparenty his 7-year-old daughter’s hamster was quite the escape artist 😕 He said he used to find it in the vent hose most days, having chewed a fresh hole in it.
So, this morning the hamster is AWOL, and doesn’t appear to be in the vent-hose. The guy decides turning on the dryer is the best way to find out if the hamster is inside.
“The dryer started up, then the drum just stopped!”

Poor teary-eyed guy has been picking bits of hamster out of his fan all morning! He also let me know that it’s had a burial ceremony already too.

Yuck! i had a similar problem with a mouse in an old creda dryer fan once only the customer left it for a week before calling us. not nice…

I wonder if the hamster looked like simons avatar just as the fan kicked in? 😈
