Belongs to an elderly relative. Not seen it but she thinks it is about 27 years old, a Servis Quartz 600.??
I seem to remember the old, very small Servis machines using the same door seal as Hoover at the time, did this machine have the old Hoover Matchbox type door seal as well?

Don’t know what the matchbox was Jim, but I seem to recall fitting the old Hoover logic round dor seal with no probs. Had a thicker outer edge to it.

Strange people, these vintage washer collectors :rolls: I see there’s another U tube video of someone loading clothes into a Keymatic whilst it’s washing and slopping out soapy water. You would think if the thing has survived this long they would treat it with more respect.

Ah now I know the one you mean I bought one in 1987 for £30. Thick rubber drain hose that my thick rubber flatmate forgot to put in the sink after a night on the P. The tennant two floors down complained of water flooding into his kitchen :rolls: .

Has a cut out in the door seal for the interlock to stop rubbing it.
