    Hi

I have a panasonic microware, model number NN-SD277SBPQ that needs a new waveguide cover. I was unable to find a waveguide cover for my model of microware, so purchased a Universal Microwave Waveguide cover that I have to cut to size. the thickness of the new waveguide cover is approximately twice that of the original. Can I go ahead and use it, or will it have a detrimental effect on the microwave?

    Thanks

    Tamara

As long as it fits, the thickness doesn’t matter at all.

    Thanks for your help Merv.

I’ll use the orginal waveguide cover as a template to cut the new one to size.

    All the best
