Hi, I have a second hand Zanussi 1050 which I have just installed in my son’s new flat. Moving it to the flat involved man-handling it up three flights of fire escape during which water and gunge came out of it. It now seems to work fine except that it wont stop filling of it’s own accord. Unless I intervene, and move the timer on, it overfills the drum until it flods out of the soap dispenser thingy. I’m guessing that a float switch/pressure switch is stuck open and needs resetting.
Any help on where to find the switch on this model and how to check it would be much appreciated.
