My vhd9143zd washing machine has nto showna ny error codes but will not turnthe drum. When we start any wash program the machine takes water inbutdoes not turn the drumat all not even on any spin mode.
I have removed the belt from the drum to see if it would tunr without any loadon the motor, but still no joy.
Can abody offwer any helpon this or posible causes?
