Bosch Kiv32444GB problem

Hi,

I came back from a few days away and there was a pool of water on the kitchen floor. The fridge seems to have defrosted. The freezer section still seems cold. Even when set to +2 I don’t hear the compressor start, but at the super setting it starts and cools quickly.

Any ideas? Is this symptomatic of a faulty thermostat/thermister?
