Repaircare – LMAO .
Serviceforce / Lux had no rate rise for 3 yrs. No tech support . Whirlpool creamed the best jobs whilst S/F had mainly condensor dryers , electric fires , gas TD and Gas fires.
Crosslee seem to think they can get cheaper elsewhere . Majority of Serviceforce voted to get rid .

I suspect may go to JTM. Might be wrong. As you say Phil, no great loss, and the Whirlpool agents had a tenner more per call than we did.

That was the bit that, to me, was odd in this…
How many RC agents will be certified to do gas TD and fires? I wouldn’t think that there’d be a slew of them other than those that were SF already.
Or am I missing something here?
If it’s JTM I’d suspect the chances of being able to cover it would be still smaller.
But, someone always sees pond signs and not the hassles that come with.

See the rumour mill Alex , made me laugh. I too suspect JTM only because there bragging about 2 new contracts there getting soon !

Rumour Mill doesn’t give a lot away.
If Repaircare, they will farm the Gas Fires out in the areas where there is poor gas cover to heating engineers, and pay them more money.
It seems that S/F has suggested that those of us that want to keep the work to make themselves known & the S/F management will pass on the details to C/Lee. Can’t seen anything coming of that though.
I shall be glad to see the back of it. Rubbish product, rubbish rates!
