It seems as though my element may have gone, everything seems fine, fan on light on but only problem is no heat, Is it the element can anyone confirm? thye 2 lights on the front dont come on either bnut the grill etc all work.
It looks like part needed is a 481225998405??

    It is a Whirlpool FCSM6

If this is indeed the problem is it easy to sort?

Yup, sounds like just the fan element that’s blown which should be easy enough to replace.

The expensive one is this one

And, the cheap alternative which is more or less the same thing should be this one at less than half the price.

    No worries.

Sorta generic help here although it’s not that wonderful as they do vary.

Often you have to “adjust” to get the new element to fit and there are different ways of doing the same thing. Most though it’s a cover off the back inside the oven and all should be fairly clear from there.
