ParticipantHi.
I have a problem with an above described machine: When I start any program the pre-pumping is going for approx 5 sec before it goes to pause mode (Start/pause is blinking and machine stops). I suspected it could be a CPU problem and tried changing it with an identical CPU I had kicking around the garage. With the new CPU the machine works fine, but the display does’nt work. I can’t remember exactly but belive the “new” CPU comes from a 72630 wo display. Could a CPU have the same SN have different functions programmed, or is the front control board a “master” for the CPU, (as the light illuminates at 1400rpm with the 72630-CPU).
Thanks!
Cheers,

I fitted the original CPU again to do some more testing and now the machine starts without the first error. The first time I tried a 40 deg run it stopped with the error code E20. I rinsed the pump filter and started the 40deg run again and this time it has a stange error:
The machine starts and runs about 30 minutes and keeps running, but the timer stops counting down. This occurs in all the programs..
Is this a knowm error that can be repaired..?

Hi
Have you checked all the hoses from drum to waste pipe for blockages.
The CPU will need reconfiguring if it is from a different model.

Hey, Washman!
Thanks for the reply!
No, as the machine goes from start to end with the 72630-CPU I ruled out the hose blockage. Maybe a little quick on that assumption..
The pump runs good and sprays water into the drum, but the machine doesn’t change out the water. As I drain the machine the water is very dirty.I will open up and flush the hoses tonight, and get back with results..
A reconfiguration of the CPU, will that be a service workshop procedure using a computer, or is it a combination to be done at the dashboard?

It worked!
First I manually drained the drum after some minutes on the same time, and the countdown started again. Then I cleaned the bellows and hoses, and did a 95 deg run with vinegar in the soap drawer.
Runs like a charm!
Thanks, mate!
