    Hi, I have been to this one today its a AEG 72348 ka Frost Free tall fridge. Its freezing up in the back. The thermostat seems to be working ok, Circulating fan seems ok.
    The customer defrosted it completely but after about a fortnight was solid with ice again.

    Got any ideas???

    Hi.

    In my experience, this usually is the result of an out of calibration sensor.

    2083972022 is the part number.

    i agree with the spindoctor.. get the customer to turn it off for at least 24 hours to defrost and then change the sensors
