hoover hf7150m completely dead

Hi – the interlock locks but the machine will not let water in, no pump and no motor. Suspect it’s the board – any ideas?

An open circuit pump or heater can give this fault.

But normally it is the board. Do check that water hasn’t leaked from the dispenser hose down onto the pump, this is what causes the module to fault.
