    The heater box is pulsing during the complete cycle pumping/washing etc.
    Not sure exactly whats happenning, but there is a pulsing noise from the box . Any ideas ?

    Hi Malc!! :waving:

    That heater set up will only be ‘pulsed’ by the water pressure from the motor. I would suspect the water metering sytem is blocked and not filling the machine with the correct amount of water so the pressure in the heater box is not constant and therefore ‘pulses’.

    After further investagation:
    The gears have locked up under the crouzet motor on the heater chamber. Re-posistioned the gears and it happend agiain.
    Don’t know if you can buy this motor and gears seperatly. 👿
