    Indesit wil163 the conditioner is not being automatically added to the wash from it’s dispenser, is it a simple solenoid change.

    Could be, and then again it could be a gunged up dispenser drawer that needs cleaning out, a faulty PCB or connections that are preventing the valve from energisiing.

    An electrical test of the valve is the only way to find out if the valve is faulty.
