Hello.
Just a quick question… about to replace the carbon brushes on the FHP Motor of my Washer Dryer.
Luckily I have found nearly the right sized ones on the UK whitegoods web sites which is great! 😀
Was thinking does the thickness of the actual carbon make a difference at all…? Even if say the difference between 4.5mm and 6.3mm (ofr example).
Assuming that the length and width of the carbon are identical a difference in the thickness will have an impact on the surface area of the brush in contact with the actual motor.
Any ideas anyone….?
Thanks in advance.
