Does anyone know what the correct water level, on the main wash, should be for one of these?
I sold and installed one, seemed fine but the customer has issues with undissolved detergent in the drum (tablets).
This is one of the new merloni models with a 4kg dryer load but hardly any water on the wash models!

    Regards

It’s probably an ‘A’ rated applaince I guess.

Tablets do seem to have this problem with some washers where they don’t dissolve correctly, mainly due to either the machine being cold fill only or the customer does not have any hot water to supply the hot valve. The tablet starts to dissolve in the powder tray in theory, without hot water or as is the case with ‘A’ rated appliances, not enough water intake generally to start the dissolving process.

I would suggest your customer uses powder, it’s the only solution I have found in most cases.

    Dave.
