Samsung and askoll pumps .

Anybody had problems fitting generic askoll pumps to Samsung washers ?
I’ve been told they fail after 3 months if we don’t use the gen askoll one . 😕 .
My bullshit detectors are twitching but thought i’d ask before ignoring said advice.

Never been called back to an askoll I’ve fitted on a samsung 8)

never had a prob but will always either reuse coils or fit askoll with built in temp overload
