    Hi folks,

    glad i came across your forum, I have a model 01-200101 that has just stopped working, its about 10 years old and was in the middle of cooking but just went off.
    The fan is not working and the oven light has not come on since, in fact nothing at all.

    i would first check you have power going to the appliance.

    thanks for the quick reply Wards,

    i checked the fuse at the fusebox thats ok and the plug with the switch marked ‘cooker’ in the kitchen is still in the ‘on’ position,
    the hob is still ‘igniting’ so i think all is ok with the power source.
