    serial number 10188738.
    Hi,
    suspected bearing failure on above machine? It’s over ten years old. Would I be able to source and change bearings myself? Is it worth it if possible?

    Not an easy job and costly generally the bearings score the spider shaft and renewal is required . However if you are really handy its time consuming and dirty but possible, personally I have always fitted a tub rear half with bearings fitted and a new drum spider
