I have just changed the thermostat on my Delonghi GDF 603. This has solved the problem of the oven not reaching full temerature. Prior to the work it was heating only to about 180F Now it goes all the way to 250F.
However, when the oven reacheds the selected temperature and thge thermostat turns off, the RCD main switch trips.
Any advice?

Sounds like it could be moisture in the element, you would have to have the element checked with a megger.
