TOP shelf in freezer defrosting fridge warm
do these ice up like the samsungs or is there a common fault

take freezer evap cover off and check evap fan is working, and also check if the evaporator is solid with ice , stopping airflow .
damper between fridge and freezer can cause the fridge to warm up, but if the top of the freezer is affected too , likely to be either of the above
