    user says w/m works fine on 40c washes but on 60c washes after about 40-45 mins the error code E03 FLASHES.. any clues as to why 40c is ok but 60c fails.
    E03 is shown as a drain/blockage fault. a couple of engineers have been out and have failed to find “blockage” problem.

    heater earth leakage bring up this fault code.

    I had the same problem a couple of weeks back, heater insulation test fine but i changed it anyway not been called back yet 8)

    it’s a result.
    new heater fitted. fault fixed, customer very happy..
