The fridge part of my 5-years old Whirlpool fridge/freezer is not getting to a low temperature – it achieves only 12deg C even after a w/end away when doors not opened at all. No obvious problems with door seals or door closing. Freezer part seems OK. Could a clue be that the drain at the back of the fridge doesn’t drain well, even after vigorous attempts to unblock with the proper tool. Have tried a defrost with no improvement.
