    I have a Butler Dishwasher, the programme keys are on the top of the door when you open it, it has stopped working properly when you programme it the lights flash and move in line and keep “rolling through” whilst when door shut the macjine simply continues to draw water in and pump it out. Can anyone help please by giving me some direction? I have turned on and off several times as well as switching off at the mains. Many thanks.

    Hi the details on the sticker are “Theobalds” BDW6010 0440 00187 DWA 15331313110. Apart from made in France that is all the details hope that helps. Thanks

    It’s a Brandt-built machine. I’df be looking in the tray under the machine for water – it sounds like the flood protection system is activated.
