Hi I have a call tomorrow to the above w/m, when the customer selects the cycle the countdown timer says an hour and a half to end of wash but when she comes back to it about twenty mins later it has stopped and water is drained out and no error codes showing.Any ideas?

Come on Tom, get with it, moved you from the public forums to the TRADE side. 😉 8)
You will probably need to go into diagnostics mode, full PNC number also helps.

Just trying to get a head start Jim was hoping someone else had come across this before. I know I should have got the pnc no. I hav rang the customer back for this but she not answering her phone .Does anyone hav info on how to enter dignostis mode on this model.

I would check the Heater, I had the same fault a couple of weeks ago on a Zanussi, machine filled and started but then drained out and went to end cycle.

If she reads to earth… Then it’s the elementI’ve been to a block of 14 flats in my town and fixed 7 of these machines already ……7 more to go soon ?

Hi just to let ye know how I how I got on. I went out and started the cycle and the m/c overfilled ( which the customer never mentioned) and the drum turned a few times and then aborted the cycle and pumped out the water.It turned out that the screw holding the pressure chamber to the drum had come lose and fallen off and so the pressure chamber had dropped down, so screwed it back on and worked perfect.Thanks again for your advice its greatly appreciated.
