    Ok, I have tried every combination of buttons but cannot get this bugger to come out of “test” 😳 Which sequence does it require to sort please? got me stumped 😕

    Quite a lot on this subject. Type Hotpoint AND stuck on test. Most button pushes are on there! It can relate to a pcb fault also. 🙂

    I have read most of the threads on “stuck on test”
    I never suspected that it may be the pcb, Hotshyte dont have problems do they :rotl:

    More often than not a mod fault. This is the Mk6 in stock at £44.90+vat http://www.emwelec.co.uk

    Thanks Tony, tis a board fault 😉 bloke has decided to scrap the machine due to requirement of bearings/drum assy and module..Advised him that it still has afive year part gtee but he doesn’t want a Hptpoint engineer across his door step again due to previous cock ups by them 😕 gone to buy a Bosch 🙂
