    Hi, i have a Sterling xqg65-908e washing machine with a E11 fault and cannot open the door or do anything with the machine. Have tried turning on/off overnight and have manually drained it throuh the sump but still no result.
    Please help asap.

    It’s the usual Chinese tat, so skip it and buy a proper wshing machine.
