customer complains of poor wash. on any progame it runs through fine but the dishes are not clean. she says that the d/w is running ok but the dishes are not hot at the end. whatever programe she runs the water is only lukewarm.
any ideas

your idea of luke warm and the customers may differ machine may be plumbed to hot water
what i am saying is you need to check heater and if ok check programmer where it connects for bad joints etc. if ok check if heater ever comes on. ie look for the simple things first
