my machine will run through its cycle until it comes to spin.it wont spin but the drum does turn.i have checked motor brushes and they seem ok,i have had the pcb board out and professionally checked and that is ok,any suggestions would be appreciated.

i had problems with this machine not spinning after having pcb checked i decided to replace brushes even tho the old ones had 15mm left on them.this cured the no spin problem but i notice now when running a cycle the drum seems to start slow for a split second before rotating.ive checked tacho for resistance and magnet both seem ok.
