    Hi
    have got the above dyson showing error code f11
    i am reliably informed it maybe a fuse on the power board
    does anyone know the fuse rating? and how to reset the machine afterwards

    i would be looking at worn motor carbons on both motors, or possible wiring fault, good luck.
