    Hi all
    looking at the above tomorrow customer says it’s filling with the drain pump running at the same time and obviously never moves on

    any ideas please

    hi dont forget to check the waste hose isnt syphoning

    Some older Servis machines had water valve wired in series with pump so that if pump went o/c water valve would not turn on. This can create constant pump out when on rare occasions the water valve coil goes short circuit. If such has happened to cold valve but hot valve is still letting in water (or maybe vice versa) then you’d get fill + drain. (Probably.) OK it’s a long shot but worth bearing in mind. Can’t find much else to reply to today :lol:.
