ive been called out to a ise dishwasher i supplied a couple of years ago it is showing error f1. ive not got any info on these and couldnt find it on the search.

the reason for the water in the base is that the door is out of line at the top it closes ok but it dosent seal at the right top corner? i can actually see the water spitting out and running down the side of the door! the seal is in good condition and fitted in properly. the (elderly) lady says that her famliy have commented since she got the machine that the door didnt look closed but its never caused a problem til now.
has anyone else come across this?
and how do i cure it?
