    Gotta go to a Samsung American Style fridge/freezer (don’t know Model) 2 years old, problem is it ain’t dispensing water, customer has checked water supply, any pointers here as i’m not really familiar with these big mother ******s.

    Hi check water supply at back, also water solenoid, also check if voltage at solenoid when lever is operated. There is not much else to the water supply apart from checking if the water resevoir is not frozen, Ive had that happen on Maytag F/F.
    I have the service Manual if you have any other problems let me know.

    problem is it ain’t dispensing water

    Try also checking circulating fan in freezer, if it fails cold air falls to bottom of freezer and fridge causing resevoir to freeze as Bassman suggests
