New World top oven door inner glass.

New World oven. Model:- 208587110. Serial no:- 40336318.

I need the part number for the top oven inner glass panel. The panel slides out and fits loosely like a Stoves door. The only question is; there are no tracks to retain the glass in the top door (the lower oven door has them), but the heat leaks out and overheats the controls. The door has one outer glass panel fitted to the door side frames and the glass sits proud of the seal enough to get your hand in the top of the door between the glass and the oven seal. I am assuming that a glass panel is missing, if not, what is missing? Also I need the part number for the clock buttons please.
