    Going to look at this machine in the next day or two, customer saying it sometimes comes up with DE on the read out burt it resets and then starts up but it fills and then does nothing no motor action.
    I believe it is the direct drive model?
    first time I’ve had one of these, what needs to be checked on these direct drives?
    any advice will be greatfully received

    I think DE is door error, but I’d have to check the known error codes.

    DE is door error but the error code dissappears and allows the machine to start, would that be linked to the no motor fault after it’s filled, the error code dosen’t come on again.

    Might be worth putting a megger on heater etc 😕

    I thought LE was the usual code for a stator fault ?
