I’ve been out to this one today, the customer reported that the machine was halfway through a wash cycle when there was a power cut in the street.

When the power came back on the power light on the machine just kept flashing.

I checked it over today and when a program is selected it locks the door then the power light just flashes, it was just a constant regular flash so I don’t think it is giving any sort of fault code.

Tested motor, heater and pump all ok, I had a look at the module but no tell tale signs of any sort.

I am assuming it is the module that has reacted badly to the power cut, can any body verify?

Also I note that Connect have these modules in stock 45 quid + vat does anybody know if these are pre-programmed?

    Cheers

The preprogrammed board is part no: 49010509. Error codes are shown by the simultaneous flashing of the spin speed and first option button by the way. However the symptoms you describe indicate to me that the Door Interlock (Part No: 41016879) is faulty – very common fault by the way. 🙂
