    In a word…NO.

Very few manufacturers have made technical information available except to their own ‘in house’ service engineers or authorised agents.

The best DVD available to the trade in general was the Electrolux/Zanussi TDS disc . Sadly that appears to have also been discontinued and placed online with restricted access.

The Bosch online eShop is excellent for spares identification but has no tech info.

The Indesit/Hotpoint Partfinder DVD is available at a cost of around £70 every 6 months or so. That is purely a parts identification disc with no tech info.

Most manufacturers up to date parts and tech info is now only available online with authorisation. 😥

We do have a wealth of info available due to the good offices of the forum members.

One or two spares suppliers do have limited information available on their web sites.

The best thing to do is just ask for help if ever you need it. 8)

what a great and sought after resource such a DVD would be ? it would answer all our prayers. In reality no such thing exists although I have managed to obtain a fair bit of info over time. Some of the manufacturers will allow online access to there spares identification systems like Hoover but only if you spend upwards of a thousand per month. Most of us probably would not have such a spend so the whole thing becomes prohibitive, but like has been said if you wish to know something generally between everyone here there is normally a solution to be found. 😀
