    model 16830

    this washer dryer washes,tumbles,drains and dryer fan ok. but if you set it to dry on cupboard dry, all appears to be fine for two minutes and then the machine faults out with E20.

    E20 = drain fault but the machine drains fine
    any help would be good thanks

    Have you checked heater for low insulation ?

    E20 on the wash side is usually no drain but E20 on the dry side is invariably a blocked condenser.
