I took a control board off a Whirlpool AWG5122 for replacement/repair yesterday, but it isn’t a DMPU type and EMW don’t repair this type.
Some drunken student got fed up with the start button being a bit dodgy, so he thought he could ram a fork in it and start it that way; in doing so he’s ripped off the m/switch and gouged a section out of the pcb, where some teeny weeny black components used to live, if the other microswitches are anything to go by!
The label on it says:
AKO 717956-05
VESTEL 32004795
PRG 719167-00
090908 20 145 54
The numbers on the machine are:
AWG5122 1200rpm
HZ1242CV2B
20665256081025 0025
Ser No 00617187000576300374
Anyone know a good number for a replacement board, cos the numbers on the machine don’t match any of the choices on Connect or MasterPart?
Looking at other threads, it may be a Beko machine in disguise?
