Stuck on 8 minutes motor whirring.
Have not been yet but as this is direct drive is this likely to be the stator?
    Any pointers welcome.
I want to go with a bit of knowledge, first time on one of these.
    Thanks

most likely pump, these stick on 8min if no drain iirc.

    Thanks,
Before I went she said it was draining ok but in reality when I got there it was full of water. Both drain hoses clogged with sludge as was the anti-syphon matrix and the thin hose to the soap drawer. Took and age to clean them and a splattering of the sludge over me but the job was done. 😆

i’ve had customer on phone today saying his machine stops spinning at 7minutes to go. it does drain off the water but also starts taking in water at this point. would love to know in advance before spending friday afternoon working it out. its the taking water bit thats got me stumped.
    thanks
