    Have a commercial Maytag MDE10CSAGW Serial A0641689KQ.

    Coin operated appliance.

    Time is determined by the token that is used.

    It is only running for 5 mins, there is something about adjusting length of time, but no information on how.

    Any one have experience on this type and have info on adjusting or are we looking at a replacement timer?

    answer will prob be in coin mech there will be a way of changing the price and that is all you are doing

    Thanks for replying so quickly.

    I have not seen it my self, but how is this change done?

    How would it have been changed from initial setup, been working years until now?

    dont know about later electronic types but early ones where mechanical

    and this was an adjustment so when you put a coin it it pushed the timer unit the futher it was pushed the more time per coin

    you could ring JLA on 0800 7838354 and see if you can get a user manual as this will tell the user how to alter price

    you may need to find the make of the coin mech fitted as these were not always fitted as standard
