    A bit of guidance would be appreciated here please.

    Customer complained that the fridge would at times get too cold to almost producing ice. Now not cold. Temp indicator flashing and fan not operating hence no air circulation.

    Is the fan operated via the PCB or does the thermistor have some bearing on this ❓ I don`t have any info on these machines

    Normally it’s the evaporator thermistor that fails on these, and that causes the fan to cease running. Sometimes a dry joint on the main pcb around the relays can cause this as well.

    Part number for the thermistor 2601683

    Another one here Laurence, if the freezer fan packs up this causes the evaporator to freeze up whilst at the same time giving no air flow to the fridge.
