    wk61420gb/13 went to this 3 weeks ago not spinning. brushes well worn, fitted new back half cleaned amature. spinning and washing a dream. customer phones day. smell of burning. went up to look. field coil cooked and module blown to bits. disaster. any one had this before? done loads o them. before, with out this happening. 😳

    I would guess that virtually everyone who has been in the game long enough will have had a similar experience with one machine or another on several occasions. 😥

    And that is what you have to put it down to, experience, swings & roundabouts, the luck of the draw, or any other metaphor you want to use. 😉

    I know a few punters who would be blaming you and seeking to have the machine repaired at your expense.
