HP WF 000 washer

    This machine is dead.”On/Off” light flashing .Both “energy save and “reduce crease” lights also flashing.Customer says piece of clothing was caught between inner and outher drum and after removing machine filled and emptied.It does nothing now.

    You should post this question in the TRADE TECHNICAL forum not this. However you need to number the LED’s (right to left or top to bottom) that are flashing and then look up KNOWN ERROR CODES in that TRADE forum for the answer…OK? 🙂

    I’m guessing F05…maybe?

    Could be one of these,
    simple pcb repairs
    see first post.
    (Although Jim credits lasty with the discovery, BTW, I’m fairly sure it was Martin114 who found it first but I can’t find the post.)

    these are lights 1 and 2 so f12 comms error
    either wiring loose or board is a goner
