    This one is wierd. the w/m programs ok when wash is completed customer tries a new load the w/m starts for about 5 secs then pause light flashes continuasly, but if she leaves the w/m “too cool down” she can start w/m then it will complete programme ok.
    when i was at the job i tried to change programme by pausing and skipping parts of the prog, but when it starts runs for 5 secs then pause light flashes. ihave check carbon brushes, changed door lock, meggar tested w/m no fault. i think its pcb ?

    Heater?

    Besides that possibility. With the pause led flashing, what other led’s are flashing because as a rule the programme sequence led’s should flash also. 😕

    If this is a newish model, 2/3/4years?, it could well be low insulation < 40 Mohm on heater or perhaps motor. Only happening when it's warm, obviously.
