Customer complaining of marks on clothes.
When you turn drum round by hand there is a sloshing of water as if it has not drained properly.
Checked sump hose and pump, both seem ok and it pumps out .
Is there meant to be a residue of water left in the base after the cycle has finished.
Anyone had experience with these washers please.

The counter balance weight mounted on the front of the drum is full of water. So the sloshing is normal.
