    I have had 2 of these in the last couple of days where the machine seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it will end after 10-15 minutes other times it will say it has ended then leave the machine with warm clean water in after it has been on for about 1 hour then next time maybe 30 minutes. ❓

    I have changed the pcb on Bosch’s advice and still no luck, open to ideas please.

    Sounds possible, get customer to put wash on before you get there so you can test heater hot.
