    Hi guys & gals.

Been out to this machine today. It shows no error codes.

When put on programme 5 say,it shows 2hrs 30min instead of the correct time and appears only to wash or rinse.
When I reset it and select another programme say pump out,it reverts back to the previous programme.

I have`nt seen one of these before so any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks. Chris.

    Chris,

First thing is you need to cancel and fully reset the programme otherwise it will continue off from its last setting. Can’t remember how to reset it right now sadly. But it is a simple button ‘push and holding’ exercise anyhow and menu driven anyway for you to figure it out 😉

Look for the most obvious if there is a fault, first stop, check the pump department etc etc. Go for it!! 🙂

To reset just hold down the select button for about 6 seconds. You can then select a new prog and press start. All these boards (W103, W113 etc) can cause a timer abort but often it’s something else. Send me your address to tony@emwelec.co.uk and I’ll send you our info sheet.

What info sheet is that Tony ?

Do you have an electronic version you could send, or is it available for download on your site.

    Thanks.

    Dave.

Maybe a long shot but we had one of these I started a thread about some time back and the answer was the dry thermistor on the top, the spade terminals were connected by insulation only, give em a gentle tug to check.

A bit OT but does anyone know (Tony?) what use is made of what appears to be a communication socket on these modules that is accessed through a removable plactic cover throught the cabinet rear with the module in situ?
