    Hi, not seen one of these before so tested what I can with limited info.
    Top oven (shared top element) works fine. Grill dead.
    Customer noted that on grill setting befor eit failed that the fan would cut out intermittently while in use.

    All I can imagine it would be is the main power board but…

    As the connections run through the clock could this be the culprit.
    If it is the power board is this a configured one.

    Any guidance appreciated.

    You might want to check the mains terminal block. I had one of these where the links hadn’t been fitted very well which caused them to arc and subsequently burn out. Gave a very similar fault. Wizard.

    Wouldn’t have thought it, checked the blocks and it seems ok. The element works fine when the top oven setting is used but nothing at all when grilling.
